Secondly, I agree Dana will do whatever he has to do to keep Jones legacy, and that implies not putting him against Pereira or Aspinal in thr cage. That's why Dana would rather prefere a fight between Aspinal and Pereira for the heavyweight division, than a fight versus Jones with some of both.
Thirdly, and the most important point, I don't think at all Jones is scared of any of those guys. He has fought absolute and terrified legends on the middleweight division and fought Gane after 3 years off and took 50 seconds to finish him. Jones has a debt with Stipe and after that he will do whatever he considere to do. He deserve whatever decision he takes.

Honestly, I think Aspinal is a harder fight to Poatan than Jones. He is young, clever fighting-wise, bigger and with a solid grappling. Even though Jones carries all his legacy, I do not think he is in his prime anymore. Also he is much lighter and older than Aspinal. Having that said, I believe only Aspinal is a heavy favorite against Poatan. Jones would be much closer.

Big Tom, i think, hits as hard as Periera, but he is faster and more accurate, and if anyone can take down Alex, it will be Tom or Jones.
Poatan has every right now to go up and challenge for the HW strap, but if anyone thinks that his power will standout from Tom's or Pavlovich's you might want to think again.

Let's face it, there's historically never been a UFC champion that's as disrespected as the HW Champ, and Aspinall will be overlooked for Jones Vs Pereira, as the bigger PPV draw. I honestly see Aspinall leaving the UFC in 2025, siting financial reasons, only being asked to fight once a year.

The UFC aren't going to make that fight Tom. Alex is one of their superstars, and you are a guy who would almost certain beat Alex quite easily by taking him down and overpowering him on the ground and submitting him, similar to what you did to the huge Volkov. The UFC are in the business of making money, therefore they won't book you vs Alex.
If they were to book Alex in a fight that he is likely to lose, it would only be against Jon Jones.
The reason the UFC won't book you vs Alex is the same reason they won't book you vs Jones. The UFC aren't in the business of killing off their stars with fights they are likely to lose, that isn't good for their profit margin. You truly are elite Tom, but unfortunately for you, you also aren't a huge draw on the money side. Either way for some pretend legitimacy of the company they will likely tell Jones to vacate the title a little while after he beats Stipe, and then your title will be turned into the official one.
Even though they would like Jones vs Alex, and Jon Jones would love that fight as it's an easy win for Jones, I doubt that fight will happen because Alex Pereira seems fairly intelligent and I highly suspect he realises that Jones would be a horrible matchup for him, Jones is a large long guy with elite wrestling and submissions skills, Jones is practically tailor made to wipe the floor with Alex rather easily. So don't expect that fight to be made.
I think Alex will remain at 205 and will fight 2-3 more times and then retire. Those next 3 fighters he faces at 205 will likely be Ankalaev, a rematch against Hill, and possibly a match against Carlos Ulberg.
As far as yourself Tom, quite likely you will beat Blaydes. Then after that I think they are going to make the Cyril Gane fight, since there would be almost no one else left at that point for you to fight in the top.
